Greg Snider and Steve Strobel bring decades of proven experience investing in private equity, venture capital, and residental and commercial real estate.
GREG SNIDER
Greg Snider graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has an extensive investment background, beginning with Morgan Stanley in Memphis, TN and then moving to Merrill Lynch.
In 2013, Greg moved back to Missouri and became an independent investment advisor. Greg always had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to have more flexibility than the big Wall Street firms provided. His farmland investing experience led
him to research single tenant triple net leases. In 2016, he and a partner began investing in new
construction, single tenant triple net leases through Ozarks Investment Properties, LLC. In 2017, they
expanded into multi-tenant commercial properties and have continued to grow the portfolio.
After years of building relationships in the tax credit industry, Greg began to apply for Low Income
Housing Tax Credit projects through the Missouri Housing Development Commission. Greg has
received approval for multiple LIHTC projects to date through Snider Development, LLC.
In 2019, Greg joined three other partners and purchased Ballparks of America in Branson. The
Ballparks of America venture has been and continues to be a success story. Due to this success, he
and his partners expanded and bought the Sho-Me Baseball Camp in Branson West, MO.
In 2021, he and Steve Strobel put together an investor group to buy a minority stake in ArrowPoint Energy, LLC. After
identifying a need in the solar industry, Greg and his partners at ArrowPoint Energy launched VeriWatt,
LLC.
In 2020, Greg started South National Development Company, LLC. SNDC offers fully
integrated build to suit development for quick service restaurants and other national tenants. SNDC has
built new locations in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida.
Greg and Steve has also been involved in multiple Qualified Opportunity Zone funds since the program was
implemented.

STEVE STROBEL
Steve Strobel has called Springfield home most of his life. Steve graduated from Missouri State with a degree in accounting. After college he went to work for Arthur Anderson in their
audit department as a Certified Public Accountant.
Subsequent to his time in public accounting, Steve realized this was not his passion and spent the next few years doing mission work overseas. After his time in missions, Steve came back to Springfield and started his own small accounting and financial services firm. During this time, he and his wife started their own gymnastics facility, which has grown to be one of the premier facilities in the Springfield metro area.
In addition to operating businesses that he has owned, Steve has also been an avid real estate investor in the Springfield area. Over the last 10 years he was an integral part in forming Ozarks Investment Properties, a prominent real estate investment firm that acquires and develops properties throughout the United States focusing primarily in the quick service food industry.
Along with these business ventures, Steve has also been a key partner in numerous local businesses which cover a variety of industries including retail, entertainment, and solar energy.
